Udâna - Spirit of Resurrection in Action

In over thirty years of study of spirituality, psychology, philosophy
and healing, I have not encountered a more effective and comprehensive
system of personal healing, spiritual growth and renewal than Udâna.
Udâna is a healing system which helps bring people to a higher
personal and spiritual development, enabling them to develop contact
with soul and spirit, and bringing them to the heart of the Spiritual
Hierarchy and the Angelic Host. It is a many-levelled system, reflecting
the many needs of people and the many stages of development among
them.
Udâna helps people to alleviate pain, traumas, and ignorance,
all of which may cause imbalance and disease in the physical as
well as in the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. The healing
process of Udâna works slowly and methodically so that people
may rid themselves permanently of illness and imbalance. In this
process, their present life is transformed and their next embodiment
will be free of 'inherited' programs that would otherwise have caused
health problems and impediments to spiritual growth.
Udâna was inspired by the spiritual Masters, Lord Kuthumi
and the Lord Djwhal Khul through Ananda Tara Shan over a number
of years. Ananda is the Mother Founder of The Theosophical Fellowship
(a universal sister-brotherhood of the Heart), and teacher of the
Living Word of the Hierarchy. She is a disciple of the Lord Maitreya,
Who is the Risen Christ Buddha of Earth and Head of the Spiritual
Hierarchy.
A spiritual healing
As Ananda Tara Shan evolved Udâna, I experienced an enormous
benefit from receiving regular Udâna healings. I have also
developed my own spiritual healing practice using Udâna techniques
over the past 15 years. With the help of Udâna I have been
able to resolve many of my life issues - physical, emotional and
spiritual - and to help others do the same. The Light, Love and
insight Udâna has given have been invaluable to many people
around the world.
In giving someone a spiritual healing, I begin by talking with
them about the issue[s] they want to address in the healing, clarifying
and focusing consciousness on what outcome they desire. When the
central issue is clear, after 10 to 20 minutes, I relax the person
in a chair or lying down and, in a meditative state, begin the transmission
of energy. Udâna provides for a range of techniques and energies
according to the need and desired effect. Each healing may require
any one or combination of the Seven Rays through the Spirit of Resurrection.
I gauge the type, length and intensity of the healing according
to the receiver's needs, experience and situation. Music is played
during the healing, chosen intentionally to support the vibration
of the healing energy being given. The session concludes with a
discussion of the healing, its effects and lessons with respect
to the issue. This helps the receiver integrate the healing and
optimise its benefits.
Working with the Spirit of Resurrection
Udâna is the Spirit of Resurrection in action, no matter
which of the Seven Rays is being transmitted in the healing. The
Spirit of Resurrection is a Cosmic Being Who radiates into the Earth
through the Heart of Lord Jesus. Udâna healers, whatever Udâna
technique they use and whatever level of consciousness they work
from, heal with the Spirit of Resurrection, which creates unique
effects and results in all the healings given.
People who receive the Spirit of Resurrection feel a great surge
of physical well-being, joy and hope. The healing process, working
in accordance with the Law of Karma, speeds up repair and rejuvenation
of cells in the body and in the blood. This sends into the inner
bodies a strong light that starts the manifestation of self-healing,
balancing mood swings caused by the stress of living in today's
society because the Spirit of Resurrection produces peace
and inner stability.
The Spirit of Resurrection is the key healing energy of the New
Age, in the same way that the Holy Spirit has been the special healing
energy of the Piscean Age. The upliftment and greater purpose in
self felt by recipients of the Spirit of Resurrection is wonderful
and miraculous.
