Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee the condition of each product item as described on our web site. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We will refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error.

If you have paid for a retreat or course, and wish to withdraw prior to that activity, we will generally refund your payment in full unless you withdraw at the last minute and by doing so have compromised others the opportunity to participate. We reserve the right to refund you at our discretion in this situation.

We can process returns and refunds only for items/enrolments directly purchased from and fulfilled by the Living Heart Center.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any book that has obvious signs of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, except if received in that condition (evidence of damage required).

We recommend that you rewrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping refund, if applicable. For refund requests for course or retreat enrolments, we recommend that you contact at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss your withdrawal.

You will receive an e-mail to notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase in 7 to 14 business days from our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.

If the product return is a result of our error, we will refund the return shipping cost up to the value of the original shipping cost. If the product return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
