Summary: The red flame descends into Earth, bringing the new Tree of Life. Mother of Light is preparing the way, calling to those who respond, changing substance and matter, and awakening hearts to the deep physical heart incarnating through Australia, the sacred rock, Uluru.

Now begins the fire of red, the graceful, burning fire that yields the flesh of matter to the fiery flesh of spirit. Now begins the heart of matter, as the vehicle to which all matter responds: the physical heart takes the vibration down into the Earth; the inner heart has called it forth. The physical heart of humanity has responded, the inner heart has poured forth its love.

Such is the wonder, such is the gratefulness; such is the grace, such is the new heavenly world: it is built in the physical world, at least the next step.

Such joy to be had! The heart of matter has responded! Through the deep stillness of the last phase before Christmas - a deeper stillness than many - through that deep stillness the future was touched by all, and those who have responded are many. Those who have chosen are still too few - that is why you must work in your chosen countries with the expressions of graceful heart in time, space and matter.

Thus I speak - the red flame, the joy of all, now living deep within our planet! Thus I speak to awaken your hearts - for the change is here, and the red flame is at work. Never before (under this intent) has this flame touched, manifested, become so deep in matter - for now it touches the last vestiges of hitherto, previously-untouched substance-to-be of the greater heart! The deepest matter that is to become heart - and that is all we need!

The physical life of the great heart has now begun! And I need you in countries to awaken the memories of the future: the seeds sown in thoughts and dreams, the reality explained in inner gatherings and teachings, the healing grace known from within. The new Tree of Life! At last its roots begin. Until now, a shell, an inner form - needing the matter and also substance of the physical world: the matter that is and will be of the physical heart of the Earth (already begun some centuries ago, but barely a touch in and of the Earth compared to what is needed now); and the substance that is of yearning humanity - the souls crying out, human need seeking in desperation, the substance thus born to some extent in the consciousness and awareness now awakening.

But so much more is needed! And that is this year - to work, but not without Australia's heart, the substance to awaken your own Earthly yet personal roots through the heart buried deep here in this land. note 1 For is this not the land through which Maitreya enters the western world? Think you that is an incarnation? It may, or may not be - that is irrelevant.

What must be known, touched, and awakened by conscious disciples and the seeking aspirants who are destined for the Way of the Heart - what must be known is that herein, within this great land (Australia), shall be born the next unfoldment of the physical matter that shall form the heart of the living Maitreya: the pure red flame of the heart, the heart of Earth, the heart of this nation (and in time, its peoples), the substance of the new world light and life - the spirit of the heart made manifest!

This, then, is the dharma of this nation, its destiny; and one you must awaken gracefully to, and begin to work with. For now my heart descends, and I am the forerunner of the gracious heart! Now my light descends, I am the builder of the grace that shall touch! Now my life begins - I am the greater heart of this land: an angel with substance of human heart, an inner being yet part of the soil, the prophecy, and the rock. note 2 Thus my life awakens, thus I renew and reinvigorate, thus I stimulate time and places - and the 'new' heart, the seed holder of the new Tree of Life, descends. Thus I am the wayshower! I am the Mother of Light through her angels of this land, and the physical substance must, and has, responded!

Thus my work in flesh - it is also to train my angels, the needed emissaries and builders, the needed awakeners and seed sowers. Now I need my emissaries physical to build capacity and mechanism and belief into substance of the future heart, America - for enormous is the need to meet that nation's destiny. The need to make heart into, and of, the substance of my land of the future. Shall this land [USA] birth my Maitreya? No, neither will it, like Australia - not the life of Buddha to be. Who is to know the other touches that may become manifest? note 3 There must be touch - but it can come in many ways: through angels, through humans, the massed intent of all kingdoms, the responsibility shown when it matters the most. Thus is the touch made manifest.

But for now - still to build in capacity; cooperative, conscious flows; and deep, loving intentful relationship with place.

Thus I call! The red flame of my heart descends.

How should these colours of year note 4 descend without my intent? For it always needs one who has been of matter to make the light real in matter. No matter how deeply trained, educated and initiated an angel may be, it is only through conscious physical life that the great change can be given down into that physical life - this great world of light and life of heart now becoming.

So I call, to those who can respond. I, Mother of Light, so deep it is almost painful; I call, to those who are as deep in matter as I, who can at the very least touch that deep matter as I have done, and as I now instruct. The life blood of the planet through its colours and flows - I make that manifest, I make that real; I am the soothsayer that makes Truth live in this world!

But I need my emissaries to react, choose, make real my intent - by the touch into substance, by the livingness absorbed of my grace.

Thus I call, and my red flame descends! Thus I with great effort resonate deep in the world - yet to awaken fire fully of the new.

Be with me, hearts of mine: be with me, especially in this country great.

Be with me, create, and yield; and the future Tree of Life, the fruit-bearer of heart(s) for all, shall be born yet again, but deeper, into this Earth.

Be with me. We have begun!
