Summary: Justice and the balance of the heart, the intent of the heart's flow, the nourishment of the heart, the 7th ray at this time.

In the flow of the Mother is the heart of justice. In the life blood of the heart, is the nourishment for all cells: Earthly cells, cosmic cells, planetary cells, human cells.

In the heart of the Mother is held the intent of the heart's flow - thus to imbue each and every pulse with the creation to come.

Heart does nourish everything - everything that is alive.

In this day and age, "alive" is to be in the flow as it reaches from cosmic to solar to planetary hearts, cells and intentions, down to the last points of consciousness within matter itself - humanity and some of the animal kingdom. Curiously, some of the animal kingdom hold more of what we call consciousness into the physical realm than some human beings - but the difference is that the animal kingdom manifests consciousness as a group. The members of that group have much greater connection with each other as a group, and in that group hold more consciousness because of greater connection to their angelic flow masters, the great guardians of consciousness for these group souls. However, in humanity, each human being must individuate to incarnate as such, and then must find consciousness and soul/solar and angelic connections individually before his/her consciousness becomes greater than some of the fine radiance and flows seen in advanced species and groups of the animal kingdom.

Cosmic heart wills for expression of cosmic grace and beingness.

Mother's solar heart wills for peace and guided flow of cosmic intent deep into Earthly substance.

Planetary Mother seeks to make real that solar intent imbued with cosmic flow.

Earth Mother must make that which is held in intent and flow of planetary Mother of Light, into the touch and grace that can be perceived in time and space. Note, that this is the first level in which time is involved. Only in manifesting into physical worlds do we have time. For now we enter matter itself, and matter only exists as a product of time, substance and space (lesser of space). Inner substance (finer than the 4th etheric) needs only intent to exist in space, and time is immaterial; for the intent creates the movement and evolution, and does not need time to force the manifestation into dense matter.

But let us come back to the Mother hearts in our flow today. On Earth, in each era (evolutionary, which can mean many things but that is not what is important here) - in each era, we have an hierarchical intent to manifest the higher will into consciousness … not into matter, for we are, of course, into the evolutionary, ascending path, not the descending, involutionary one. note 1 In this era, it is justice that shall rule the flow of heart, and thus justice must be created, perceived, awakened and made meaningful in matter.

Justice is the flow that shall pave the way for the greater heart in this time.

In the past, we have also had the way paved for the greater heart - but understand that it is the will of that greater heart that creates the effect in consciousness . In the past that intent has been focussed on development, refinement and awakening of substances of being, particularly with respect to the capability of those substances to touch, awaken and have effect through the dense physical matter itself. Thus, consciousness of and in substance (eg, astral, mental, soul, etc) has been developed broadly and generally as a vehicle of and for human consciousness.

Now, will, intent of cosmic Mother is the expression, touch, meaning, and above all else for humanity, the flow of the greater heart, to circulate in, through and around dense physical substance.

So, let us come back to justice. Justice is perfect balance in consciousness. Our fourth ray perfection of balance is a balance of substance. The consciousness is aware of and can balance, harmonize and thus be balanced within and walking through all the substances of being (at least those within the consciousness).

Why do we have the 7th ray as our major influencing ray for this era just beginning? Because we need perfect balance within the consciousness itself, not as a capacity to manage and balance the substance of the consciousness. Can you see the difference? Substance of consciousness can only be balanced when it is seen and worked with as a substance. When the consciousness encompasses all, then the various substances are no longer parts of the consciousness (and therefore needing balance within and by the consciousness) - but the consciousness is the substance.

It is easier to explain as a concept of heart, and flow. The consciousness of heart is about flow, not substance; it is about the fullness and wholeness of the conscious being, not about the parts that make up that consciousness. Let me give an example.

A person who is mentally brilliant, a shining light in the mental realms and to his/her fellow human beings, obviously has beautiful and radiant and well-defined substance of the mental spheres. However, it is also possible for that person to have karmic/dharmic potentials or realised attributes that are not brilliant and radiant. The person can work brilliantly, as long as they can keep balance with the substance that is not so brilliant - and, as we can all observe, that is not always easy. Sometimes the not-so-brilliant substance may manifest as ethical indiscretion and misalignment, emotional and/or mental breakdown, trauma in personal relationships, etc. The brilliance can only manifest when sufficient balance is achieved between all these different weights of substance (ie, the matter of the consciousness).

Think of it like the great Anubis note2 weighing the heart against the feather, a metaphor for more than the passage to other realms at death. It shows that to shine, the weight of the substance must not be heavier than the weight of the conscious intent, symbolised in this image by the feather, which also holds the angelic element, representing those great guides who move consciousness through substance as bidden by the great ones, and welcomed by the aware.

So, justice is the new balance, where you must balance flow - that is, the circulation of meaning, will and intent through the whole of your being, not just the radiance or smaller flows of components of your being. It is about wholeness of the times, not development of the various and many substances.

In Atlantis, we also had 7th ray flows, balances and justice imbuing substance - but because mental substance was not very developed throughout humanity's consciousness, there was no heart in the way we seek today. For the cosmic intent was on the development of substance to prepare for heart, and substance at that time was largely astral.

However, it was a time when beloved Portia sowed seeds of justice in the ethers of planetary and humanly consciousness; and when Master R taught the touch of the violet fire for all to experience. The seeds have been sown, the touch of violet fire has been felt before, therefore we must now awaken to those great presences, and seek the new path built on the old.

Humanity! Awaken to the call of the violet ray, the justice and freedom of the heart!

Cosmic Mother calls, planetary Mother responds; Solar Mother imbues, guiding Earthly Mother heals. Divine Mother lives, humanity must now awaken!

Justice is the new path of balance, the balance in the heart, when all is revealed and no darkness is hidden to destroy unbidden in the flow of the hour.

Thus awakens and calls the heart of Portia, Mother of Earth, planetary guide but Earthly Mata;note3 cosmic queen yet solar incarnate - and soon, very soon, to be physically felt in the etheric like never before. She shall be a great way shower, and with her legions of angels, build the way of the heart in the substance purified and of heart, yet meaningful in personality. For she is the link, the justice, that ensures all given becomes real and manifest - not only as a focus of inner substance, but as a flow of life itself through all natures of being, and being of all substances and natures.

Thus it is. Ponder well - for I am come, the Queen, the Light Bearer that shall manifest the paving stones for the journey of Justice.

Walk my way! For I hold the seeds of justice sown in my last embodiment, and I plan my return, to awaken, ignite and burn - darkness to dissolve and future freedom to be revealed.

Burn in the night, and burn in the day -
the darkness of limitation must be burned away!
Thus I come in flames and fire,
yet love in my flows, for all to be reminded.

I have been before,
I have come again,
for the Earth being has called
and aligned with cosmic intent.

Thus I now call to my children of old -
come to my hearth, be braven and bold.
For I need you now to respond and replace
your darkness and hatred with love and grace.
Then we shall call the new children of heart,
the ones who know not
the truth and justice of the heart.

This is to come, the way lies ahead.

Respond, dear children, come to be at my hearth!

For I am justice to be,
true justice of the heart.
But first I must touch you,
those who can respond.

I call to you now,
awaken hearts, minds and hopes.
For there is a radiant future,
for all, and the Earth.

Come, come now; sit with me and learn.
My angels shall teach, and I shall bestow,
the learning and grace of eons in the plan,
now to become real, as my strength in matter grows.

For I am the new, yet a queen of the old,
and I come to reunite and ignite the fire for the flow.
